Injection Molding/Production
- 40,000 square feet of production space with 7 docking bays.
- 1,000 square feet of clean room space with 2 presses.
- (15) Arburg presses ranging from 28 to 185 tons equipped with chain hoist and adapters for parting line and insert molding.
- (5) Battenfeld presses ranging from 25 to 300 tons, all are CNC except for one 25 ton.

Mold Fabrication/Tooling
- Fully functional tool room with Maryland State certified mold making apprenticeship program.
- "Lights Out" machining - we can run long machining programs unattended overnight for more efficient lead times.
- Pro/Engineer 3-D machining software integrated with design department to provide fully associative 2-way design control. SmartCAM 2-D machining software for light operations.
All systems are networked with the Engineering department for effective communication.
- Complete ensemble of manual mills, lathes, grinders, welders and saws.
- (3) Teknics 3-axis CNC mills with DNC capabilities and (2) Fadal 3-axis CNC mill.

Engineering/Design
- 4 seats of Pro/Engineer 3-D solid modeling design software with MoldFlow analysis. Running on a Windows NT network with a server dedicated to engineering.
- Portable engineering workstation with Pro/Engineer and MoldFlow software to provide on-site customer support. We can provide part design advice for moldability and run MoldFlow analysis on models to avoid potential design problems.
- Metrology and inspection labs containing CMMs, optical comparators, gauges and other essential measuring instruments. Equipment is calibrated and certified on an industry standard basis.
